Hey, I'm Henry Wang!

I have two lovely cats, I like to breakdance, I name my layers when designing, and I often ponder about why I create anything. "What do I really create for?"

Creating can be a tool to innovate solutions to change the world, yet the influences of capitalism and mass media keep art and design mostly a commodity. Does the world need another product to buy? Another advertisement? Another piece of short-form content to entertain ourselves to death?

Nevertheless, I show up daily and continue to apply and grow my creative skillset. I’ve created for startups, financial tech, the music industry, YouTubers, an advertising agency, freelance clients, and most importantly, for myself and my loved ones. Through my diverse, sometimes contradicting set of experiences, I've found the important throughline is having the love and idea to create for people's happiness.
